Q: How do I send in my Gerber knife or tool for Warranty?
A: Gerber Warranties their products against defects in manufacturing and materials. If you should need your Gerber knife or tool warrantied it is up to the sole discretion of Gerber knives to repair or replace your knife or tool with a new or if neccessary, a comparable item. To obtain Gerber's Warranty service, send the product, along with an explanation of what is wrong with the knife or tool, your name, address, and phone number to the address below:

It is recommended that you send your package via UPS, FedEx, or insured mail. Gerber Blades is not responsible for lost or damaged warranty returns in transit.
